The price are all fixed and non-negotiable. Prices stated are in Ringgit Malaysia and exclusive of postage fees.

Each design comes in limited pieces and most likely are not restockable unless stated.

Accessories (belts, necklaces, earrings, handbags, etc) displayed are not inclusive of purchase unless stated.

Based on first come first serve basis. After Beunoia receive the Order Form, Beunoia will then try to get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours unless there's a notification of absence.

Do not place an order if you are not confirmed with it. Only place an order if you are serious about purchasing it and able to make the full payment within the next 3 working days.

Beunoia kindly appreciate at least a notice if there's any changes to be made. If we do not receive any email confirmation of on the item(s) you placed within the next 3 days after Beunoia reply towards your order, then it will automatically be release to other buyers.

Goods sold are not refundable, returnable nor exchangeable.
