1. To make an item(s) order, please click on the Order Form link and fill in the details as required/stated for your item(s).

2. Reservation can be made but we'll only hold it for up to 3 days. Kindly please inform us if there's any changes.

2. Based on first come first serve basis. After Beunoia receive the Order Form, Beunoia will then try to get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours unless there's a notification of absence.

3. Do not place an order if you are not confirmed with it. Only place an order if you are serious about purchasing it and able to make the full payment within the next 3 working days.

4. Beunoia kindly appreciate at least a notice if there's any changes to be made. If we do not receive any email confirmation of on the item(s) you placed within the next 3 days after Beunoia reply towards your order, then it will automatically be release to other buyers.

5. Confirmed order(s) will be posted out only after full payment is made and received by Beunoia.

6. Item(s) sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.

7. Order(s) made through comments page or tag board will not be entertained.
